At DJvacuum.com, we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all purchases. We want to make sure your vacuum does indeed fit your needs. On all vacuums, you have 30 days to return the item for either exchange or refund. We do require that you simply ship it back to us with the product in like new and acceptable condition. Damage to the merchandise due to abuse is unacceptable. We do understand that there may be wear and tear on the shipping box which is not a factor.But you must take care to Re-pack the item Properly. Remember that we want you to be satisfied not only with your purchase but your whole experience with djvacuum.com


Shipping Damage or Defective Merchandise


If you receive an item that was damaged in shipping or upon initial use, discover a defect. Notify us immediately.


Refunds


Only on refunds, there is a 15% restocking fee Plus Shipping Costs. Accessory products such as bags, belts, filters, and tools should all be returned as well or they will be deducted from the refund. Credits will be performed within 5 days after returned items are received and inspected.
